Question: I have a friend in baltimore, maryland who has a cocaine addiction. she asked for help where to look for help?

Are there free rehab centers available? I don't know where to begin to look to find help.

Rehab programs for Baltimore is the best you can do, as well as look up Narcotics Annoynomous meetings... Or however its spelled. Not sure if narcotics is the right word but you should try.

Start with the people who know exactly what to do and can help you fast. Such as a DARE officer, teacher, or counsler. Even though these things might have been that last resort on you list, these are the people that can help you the best. Your friend needs help and you need to do this out of respect for your friends health! I hope all things go well!
