You need to go to a treatment center! If you already have done that you need to go again, no matter how many times you have been there. When you get out weather you have to move or loose some friends you have to take yourself out of the surrounding where you are able to get the cocaine! If you are under 18 and living with your parents you need to talk to them about this and when you get out of treatment tell them the only way that you are going to stay clean is buy leaving your surroundings they are your parents and they are going to want to do what is best for you! |

Sounds like you may need rehab/ professional help. |

I know someone who was like you. Then one day his head went, and he ended up in a psychiatric hospital. He's a nervous wreck now. If you carry on you could end up a nervous wreck too. |

The only way to beat the white powder I believe is to face your demons head on, for me we always do something for a reason be it an escape from something or otherwise. Perhaps have a little chat with your doctor and I'm sure they'd love to be able to help you, you could also try writing a letter to the drug and try to imagine it as a person (may sound silly but it works) telling the drug that you need to leave it behind and can no longer support it. I wish you so much love and luck in whatever the future brings, take care :) xx |

It is bad for you, but that knowledge alone won't stop you. i've been addicted to strong painkillers for a few years now, and although not nowhere near as potentially dangerous and destructive as cocaine, i know the power of addiction. the best thing i can say to you is to surround yourself with people who care about, and do not ward off their help, you need it. you need to get yourself into a clinic and kill this thing off now while you still have a healthy mind and a conscious choice. if you CHOOSE to kick it, it will feel much better than being forced off it in rehab. you can do it. find somebody to devote your promise to, they will help you. |

Next time you make the promise to yourself to stop go to your GP / local addiction support while you are in the right frame of mind, they should be able to guide / support / help you with your addiction. Best of luck I really hope it works out for you :) |

It's hard I know the feelings coming down(why?, how could you do this? you're so stupid. ect) and I know the thinking once the urges come after a while of stoppage. just a little 20 won't hurt, just drive through the hood you don't have to stop and buy any. just this one night won't hurt, you've been away for a couple months, you can handle it. Yeah they're all lies. You have to come to the realization that no matter what, crack/ coke will lead to a path of destruction, misery and each time will get a little worse than the last. go to a meeting and get a sponsor and work a program. surround yourself with the program like you surround yourself with the drug. you can choose a better life or you can choose to continue down the same path. that choice is yours. believe me it will continue to get worse the more you do it until you stop. |
