I just flipped out on my parents and now they think im a crackhead because they think outbursts like mine are a symptom of cocaine withdrawal. for the record, i do NOT do coke, and I never will but i just want to know if this is true.

Your parents need educating on matters of anger, repression and conditioning. A rage is just one of the many withdrawal symptoms. Throw in paranoia, split personality, mania, depression, mood swings, violent outbursts, incoherence and many others not to mention the awful physical side effects. Sit them down, if possible, and explain to them the origins of the situation; that it is not drug related but a real present problem that needs to be carefully approached with their full support and understanding.

Yes, it is true, it is true for withdraws from other drugs as well, such as ice, heroin, etc. Just talk to them and tell them you have an anger management problem, thats a lot better than then thinking you are a drug attict.
