Depends. how much one took, how often and when they last did it. if this person has taken enough to warrant feeling withdrawal, they should know the effects all too well already. careful now.

Being cold and shaky could be a sign of "coming down " from the coke high, but definitely not a withdrawal. Cocaine withdrawal has no visible physical symptoms like the vomiting and shaking that accompanies the withdrawal from say heroin or alcohol.
