Question: Is smoking cocaine with weed in a blunt like smoking crack?

No, it is just wasting the cocaine. It will not get you as high as snorting coke, much less get you as high as crack.

Yes, particularly if it's freebased. If it isn't freebased it will take more to produce the same effect. Don't go there, ever. Ever ever ever.

Not really. It is not as intense. Crack is just a head rush that goes away in about 3 or 4 minutes. Totally not worth it, and instantly addicting.
