Usually inpatient rehabilitation is the preferred and most effective treatment for addiction. Many have achieved more rapid results with inpatient and medication combination therapy. Once you overcome the withdrawal process (about 3 weeks for most people), the rest is pretty much down hill. Congratulations in recognizing that you need help. Acceptance of a problem is the first sign of recovery. Looking forward to hearing about your sobriety.
