Question: How can i make sure that i never take cocaine again?

I always vowed that I would never take coke as I think it's a really nasty and dangerous drug. Stupidly whilst out with friends last night I got drunk and ended up doing a line. Today I've been so cross with myself and I'm scared that maybe I've 'opened the door' to casual coke use. I worry that if I get drunk again and someone offers me a line I might end up doing it as it was easy this time. Other than making a conscious effort not to try it again does anyone have any advice so I can avoid making the same mistake twice? Note: I understand that avoiding people who take coke may seem like a good idea but the problem is that where I live, in North London, so many young people do cocaine it would be nigh on impossible to avoid completely. Also some of my friends do coke, but they are kind nice people who would never push it on me and I would rather not lose contact with them.

Not that many people do coke... but anyway, it sounds to me like you really regret doing it and don't want to do it again, so you probably won't. If you don't feel some kind of craving or reason to do it again then I don't see why you would. Hope all goes well.
