Im embarrassed to tell my friends, family, and girlfriend. All i have been doing is sleeping to try to get rid of this awful state and feeling im in. I hope im not messed up for good... has anyone has experience with this? do you know if it will go away?????? please take this seriously and give me your advice... It'll pass in a few days. You're going through what those of us that dabble in blow call a "come down ". Ecstasy come downs are even worse. That's why I stopped doing both of them. |

We just learned about this topic yesterday in health. You have all the symptoms of being depressed. You can take pills to make you feel normal, and if you're thinking of suicide I would call 1800-Suicide because they have councilors what can help you. By the way, this is an example of what drugs do to you... |

Cocaine does that. you will feel normal again. basically it releases a bunch of dopamine when u are high, and when u come down...u get depressed, etc. it sucks, i know. i have been thru it a million times. i guess the only solution is not to do any more coke. but...u will be ok in a few days. |

I hate that drug because it can take a long time to feel normal again. I did a little the first time and didn't feel that bad the next day. Then I started increasing quickly how much I did when I was partying. The next morning I felt like I wanted to die. I would feel better about a week later and forget how bad it was and then I would do it again and of course that terrible feeling came back. My friends agreed they felt bad for a few days but for me, it lasted and it was severe depression. I swear that drug is like the devil. I hope you learn from this that you do not want to feel like this again. Plus it is so addicting. I pawned some of my things to get more. It leads to other drugs too. Now I don't even drink anymore. You might be the type like me, who will feel better and forget how bad it was and I promise you it never got better for me. I wish I never touched it. The people who do it and continue will not be admirable to you in 5 years. The drug makes you have trouble with weight, some people gain lots of weight when they quit. It makes you age. If I could party as hard as I did for a long time and have no consequences, I would never stop but looking back on it, it was such superficial fun and there are many consequences. Try to eat and maybe take a vitamin and watch movies and you will feel better. It sucks!!! I know!!! I feel for you. one night of fun is not worth costing you 3-5 days of hell!!! Some people can deal with it. Be grateful you are not one of those people. You will get to continue to learn and enjoy life while the others will live in their bubble |
