Im embarassed to say i did cocaine 3 days ago at a party and i did quite a bit of it, now i have been feeling depressed, anxierty, nervous, restlessness, my perception is clouded, i have a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach, im scared i will never feel normal again, i have a bit of a tingling sensation in my head, feeling a bit hopeless, its hard to explane but im just not feeling like myself and its been 3 days. Im scared im gonna be like this forever.... my plan was to wait a week if it didnt go away i was going to go to the hospital and tell them about it. Im embarrassed to tell my friends, family, and girlfriend. All i have been doing is sleeping to try to get rid of this awful state and feeling im in. I hope im not messed up for good... has anyone has experience with this? do you know if it will go away?????? please take this seriously and give me your advice... Thank you very much for taking the time to help me!!!!!!

Another stupid common pleb. Failed to Resist Temptation. You're unworthy. - And that my friend, is coming from a 14 year old. I've been offered countless things at parties, i denied. Please grow up.

When cocaine use is stopped or when a binge ends, a crash follows almost immediately. This crash is accompanied by a strong craving for more cocaine. Additional symptoms include fatigue, lack of pleasure, anxiety, irritability, sleepiness, and sometimes agitation or extreme suspicion. At least half of all people addicted to cocaine also have a mental disorder (particularly depression and attention-deficit disorder). Force yourself to think of the negative consequences that follow its use. Don't relapse and take more getting hooked! Also don't take too much alcohol or other drugs as you might tend to abuse them to make up for the hole feeling. Symptoms usually disappear over time.

It wont go on forever, but this is why people start getting addicted. They first do the drugs, feel amazing for that one night, then for days afterwards they feel awful... so they go back to the drugs, thinking *just one more time, just to make me feel myself and better again* but DON'T. It will ruin your life. For now, stay away from parties and people who deal with drugs, and try to keep your mind occupied. This will not last forever. Once you are starting to feel better, look back the question you have just asked all of us and realise what drugs did to you - they screwed you up big time. Stay clean, and in a few days or maybe just a few hours, you will start to feel like the old you again :) your thoughts will get better and soon the effects of the drugs will fade away. Drink lots of water, keep to yourself for the nest few days and focus on getting back to normal. It will get better. Hope i helped and get well soon x

WELL NO THAT YOU HAVE DONE IT.. JUST KNOW THAT FEEL IS NORMAL. YOU NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THOSE PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU WILL USE AGAIN!! IF YOU USE AGAIN IT WONT BE AS BAD BUT THE CHEMICAL IMBALANCE IN YOUR HEAD WILL BE WAY WORSE... IF YOU USE AGAIN YOU COULD MOVE UP TO METH. DRINK ALOT OF WATER!! DRINK CARROT JUICE, EAT WRITE NOTHING NASTY! IF YOUR THROWING UP COUGHING UP BLOOD I WOULD GO TO DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY! YOU COULD HAVE EATEN AWAY YOUR STOMACH LINING. BEST ADVISE I CAN GIVE YOU IS STAY AWAY. OR IT WILL TAKE OVER!
