Question: Why do i get this effect off cocaine i think it has to do with reuptake?

When I do a line its like I dont really get high I feel like I stay zone in to the world. and my brain feels like if theres a normal I feel it. i'm not addicted or anything but I smoked a joint of marijuana and the effect wore off and I felt myself zone back out what can I do to get this effect without cocaine is there any kind of medicine? and what causes this?
