Question: Can cocaine get rid of alcohol or is that just speed?

I think i read somewhere that if your drunk that you can take speed you arent really drunk anymore and you can drive home safe. is that just speed or is that coke too..

It doesn't make the alcohol go away. The alcohol is still their inhibiting your brain cells in exactly the same concentration as before. It takes many hours for your liver to break down large amounts of alcohol and nothing else you consume can change this. As long as that alcohol as still there, you're still drunk. Any feeling of alertness is only a false sense of security.
