Question: Follicle test result 41000pg/mg cocaine. is that dangerously high?

My husband is 5'10 " 280lbs. His result tested positive for cocaine higher than 41000pg/ mg. The cutoff for HIGH use is 10000pg/ mg. Is his crazy high?

Being 5'10 280lbs is very dangerous. Adding cocaine use to an already over-worked heart is even more dangerous. If he doesn't change his behavior soon, he will likely die of a heart-attack.
