Question: My mom did cocaine and marijuana while pregnant with me?

So my birth mom did those drugs while she was pregnant with me. ( I'm adopted, have been my whole life with a wonderful family). I have been doing research about what can happen to a baby if the mother did drugs while pregnant and noticed I don't have ANY of the problems listed. I am perfectly healthy everytime I get a check up at the doctor's, there is nothing wrong with my health. Also, I heard the baby could be deformed... I am an attractive person, I do get a lot of stares from people, and am 5 "4 and weigh 110. I don't understand why I am perfectly healthy inside and out as if my birth mother never did drugs? And none of the effects of doing drugs while having a premature baby applied to me?
