Question: Why does cocaine/heroin make you pale?

Is it like a chemical that alters the pigment in your face or something? I know the dark circles under the eyes are from no sleep and eating ext. but why does it make you pale?

People who do heroin and coke generally don't get out in the sun very much.

You spend less time in the sun because you're mostly awake when the sun is down when living a lifestyle centered around drugs. Less sun exposure means less melanin in your skin. Less melanin makes you pale. The end.
