Question: Can lidoderm patches or naproxen cause a positve cocaine drug test?

I took a drug test at my doctor's on jan 3rd. He told me today that it was positive for cocaine which I have never done in my life. The only meds that I took at that time is Naproxen Sodium tablets 220 mg, Absorbine Jr. roll on liquid and a Lidoderm lidocaine 5 % patch. I had my doctor have it retested because I know I am not wrong! But why could this happen? Did the lab mix up my test with someone Else's? Is that possible? The doctor said the patch wasn't strong enough to cause a reaction.

Yup! the patch "Lidoderm " contains a form of cocaine. didn't they ask you to write down all the drugs you were taking BEFORE you took the test? Your doctor is a dumbass if he cant put the two together, since I assume he prescribed the stuff. If he didn't who did?
