Question: Are these signs of cocaine use?

Theres a girl in one of my classes, a very quiet girl. The last few weeks she seems to be losing a bit of weight, had some white powder under her left nostril, chewing a lot of gum, seems to be very alert and keeps on tasks at school, seems a little bit more sociable, always fiddling around, like tapping her fingers on her forehead or playing with her hair. Could she be on cocaine? She also had a few nosebleeds the last few weeks. She doesn't eat at lunch anymore, just drinks a can of Monster and reads.

I've done coke a few times and it seems like she has similar symptoms with alertness and more sociable
