Question: A marijuana law question!!!?

A while back i heard that they are thinking about passing a law stating anyone with an ounce or less doesnt get penalized...they just have to pay a fine or sumthin... so does anyone know if this law is being voted on or anything? or whats going on with it? that would be legit if that happened...

The feds are still taken a hard line, it would be coming from your state if it were true. U can check your state at norml.org

It goes by state so it depends what state are you from. if that's true i'm moving where ever you are lol

Thats the law in california...unless you have a scale or something with you. but once you hit the ounce mark, thats where it changes. as long as its below and ounce you're fine...but check on norml to make sure.
