Possession Of Marijuana: Cocaine Facts

Question: If your on probation for possession of marijuana, do they (urine) test you specifically for the illegal drugs?

And does tobacco show up on a (urine) test too?

First it depends on the local law. Second the drug test will look for every illegal drug and possibly alcohol. Not sure why a court would look for tobacco or over the counter drugs. In most States the court / judge has to list drug testing in the decision for 'the conviction' (outcome). Includes if probation is supervised or unsupervised. Registering with probation and taking an evaluation does not necessarily mean having to see a PO regularly.

They test your urine for ALL foreign substances in your body...and yes tobacco shows, but i doubt they care about those levels unless you are under age and the court specifies for the level to be checked. But all drug levels will be checked(they can even tell if you are on diet pills or advil) i worked sheriffs department in probation...trust me clean out

Yes You are subject to tests so behave yourself unless you like jail.
